These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your purchase of tickets, programmes, coaching and digital products through this website. Please read them before you pay. By completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who you are buying from
This website is operated by The ONmedia Collective (Pty) Ltd, trading as Andrew Wolhuter.
References to "we", "us" and "our" mean The ONmedia Collective (Pty) Ltd.
2. What we sell
We sell access to products and services that we provide directly, namely:
- Events and workshops (in person or online)
- Programmes and cohorts (multi-session, run over a set period)
- Coaching (one-to-one or group sessions and packages)
- Digital products (downloads, recordings and online resources)
We only collect payment for events, programmes, coaching and digital products that we deliver ourselves. We do not sell, resell or collect payment on behalf of any third party.
3. Event and product details shown before you pay
Before you complete payment, the relevant event, programme, coaching or product page sets out the key details, including, as applicable:
- The date of the event or programme
- The start and end time
- The location (venue address for in-person, or the platform for online sessions)
- The duration
- A clear description of what is included
- The price in South African Rand (ZAR)
By proceeding to payment, you confirm that you have reviewed these details and that they meet your requirements.
4. Payment
- Prices are shown in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable.
- Payments are processed securely through Payfast. We do not store your card details.
- Your booking or order is confirmed once payment has been successfully received and we have sent you a confirmation by email.
5. Cancellation and refund policy
We want our terms to be fair to you and clear for everyone. The policy below depends on what you have bought.
5.1 Events, workshops and programmes (cancellation by you)
If you need to cancel a confirmed booking, the following applies based on how much notice you give before the start date:
- 14 or more calendar days before: full refund, less a 10% administration fee, or a free transfer to a future event or to another attendee of your choice.
- 7 to 13 calendar days before: 50% refund, or a free transfer to a future event or another attendee.
- Fewer than 7 calendar days before, or non-attendance ("no-show"): no refund. A transfer may be offered at our discretion.
For multi-session programmes and cohorts, once the programme has started the fees are non-refundable, because your place is reserved and content is released to you. We may, at our discretion, offer a transfer to a future cohort in exceptional circumstances.
5.2 Coaching
- Rescheduling a session: you may reschedule a booked session at no charge if you give at least 48 hours' notice. A session cancelled with less notice, or a missed session, is forfeited.
- Coaching packages: sessions that have not yet been booked or used may be refunded on a pro-rata basis, less a 10% administration fee, if requested within 30 days of purchase. Completed sessions are not refundable.
5.3 Digital products
Because of their nature, digital products (downloads, recordings and online resources) are not refundable once access has been granted or a download has begun, except where the product is faulty, not as described, or you are unable to access it and we are unable to resolve the problem. A clear description is provided before you buy.
5.4 If we cancel or postpone
If we cancel or postpone an event, programme or session, you may choose between:
- a full refund, or
- a transfer to the rescheduled date or a future event of equivalent value.
We are not liable for any other costs you may incur (for example travel or accommodation), so please book those flexibly where possible.
5.5 Death or hospitalisation
In line with section 17 of the Consumer Protection Act, we will not charge a cancellation fee where you are unable to attend because of the death or hospitalisation of the attendee, or of the person for whose benefit the booking was made. We may ask for reasonable supporting documentation.
5.6 How refunds are made
Approved refunds are made to your original payment method through Payfast, normally within 10 business days of approval.

6. Your cooling-off rights
Under section 44 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, consumers may cancel certain electronic transactions within seven days without reason or penalty. This right does not apply to:
- tickets and bookings for events, workshops or programmes that take place on a specific date or within a specific period, and
- digital products once access has been granted or a download has begun.
Where the cooling-off right does apply, you may cancel within seven days of the agreement and receive a refund of the amount paid; you are responsible for the direct cost of returning any goods (where relevant).
7. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate booking and contact details.
- Arrive on time and meet any joining requirements for online sessions (a working device and internet connection).
- Treat facilitators, coaches and other attendees with respect. We may decline or remove a participant for seriously disruptive or abusive behaviour, without refund.
8. Changes to events
From time to time we may need to change a venue, platform, facilitator, date or programme content. Where a change is significant, we will notify you and offer a transfer or refund in line with section 5.4.
9. Privacy
We handle your personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). We use your details only to process your booking, deliver the product or service, and communicate with you about it. For any privacy queries, contact helloyou@andrewwolhuter.com.
10. Liability
We take reasonable care to deliver our events, programmes, coaching and digital products as described. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in connection with any purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
